Bitwire Media is proud to announce our upcoming launch of the Making My Life Network later this month. Some of you may have heard rumors and noticed our new logo with the intriguing “The possibilities are endless,” and now it’s time to unveil the concept and announce we are looking for bloggers, podcasters, video hosts, volunteers and guest bloggers to join our exciting new network.

Making My Life is a collaborative network of audio and video shows that merge with user-generated content to create a complete, well-rounded lifestyle resource and community. We’re focusing on the positive side of life, improving yourself whatever that looks like for you and your expertise.

Bitwire’s own DeBorah Beatty of the popular Created Life and host of the soon-to-be launched Making My Life Network Living a Created Life Show, has been honored with a nomination by the School of Coach Mastery as one of the Best Coaching Blogs of 2010.

DeBorah is the president of Created Life Strategies, and has spent over 20 years helping people identify and use their inborn, natural strengths and pursue their passions as a professional life coach. Her interviews with other life coaches and people courageously moving away from the humdrum to the extraordinary path light up your life each week. We’re the one’s honored to have her on the Bitwire Media team and part of our upcoming Making My Life Network, sharing her wisdom and enthusiasm.

Bitwire Media is proud to announce the addition of the world reknown blogger, social media expert, author, and keynote speaker, Lorelle VanFossen, to our ranks as our official Distruptive Thinker.

Lorelle began on the Internet long before the development of the World Wide Web and worked with the development of CompuServe and the first websites in the world. Her popular site, Lorelle on WordPress, was one of the first test blogs on the now famous WordPress.com in 2005 and continues to be a haven for WordPress and blogging tips and techniques. She travels around the world providing consultancy and training programs to companies on blogging and community building and is a frequent keynote speaker at blogging, social media, tech, businesses, and conferences. She was the keynote for the first official international WordCamp, a WordPress conference, in Israel in 2007, and continues to be a popular keynote speaker for WordCamps all over the world including Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas, Hawaii, and Holland.

Her book, “Blogging Tips: What Bloggers Won’t Tell You About Blogging”, one of the first tips and technique books published on blogging, continues to be a top seller and distributed internationally.

She brings to Bitwire her experiences as a writer, podcaster, photographer, and videographer with a long history of contributions to Bitwire’s WordCast Network, Bitwire: Behind the Scenes show with Dave Moyer, the Liz and Lorelle Show with Liz Strauss, in addition to her work with the first real-time web analytics program Woopra, and as a long time contributor to Blog Herald, Darren Rowse’s Problogger, The WordCamp Report, BlogFlux, and Blogger and Podcaster Magazine, as well as in many other print and online publications around the world.

Lorelle will be guiding Bitwire Media through the next phase of its development, expanding into a web publishing company. She will be overseeing the transition of WordCast from a popular podcast to a full news network focusing on WordPress, blogging, social media, and the web publishing industry. More blog networks are in development, bringing together unique groups of people with common interests using WordPress and BuddyPress.
